JustPR Privacy Notice
At JustPR we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence our customers and media contacts have in us. We only collect the data we need for conducting our business, that is to provide customers with great PR and suggest great stories to media. We never share data with anyone else and we are always careful with how we store it.
What we collect and store
As a PR agency we collect and process journalist data for our legitimate interest in providing services which help journalists who wish to keep informed on what is happening in the sectors they cover. This is known as media relations and is a well-established practice. In our work we also sometimes use third party services for media relations, for example ResponceSource in the UK.
When someone visits www.justpr.co.uk we use a third party service, Google Analytics to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
How we store it
We’re using the latest technology to store and protect all the data we keep – and we never share any data with third parties.
If you want to change anything
If you would like to see what data we hold about you, amend or delete it, please contact Helena Liden at Helena.liden@justpr.co.uk
